We want you to be happy with your Aura Collection™ purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • The watch must be returned with all included accessories and tags.

  • Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Delivery charges are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected.
